SHIPPING:

FREE shipping in Israel!

I send prints outside of Israel with Standard USPS post and DHL Express.

 

PACKAGING:

Prints up to size 28x36 cm are carefully packaged in a plastic post bag and sent flat in a rigid photo / document mailer with reinforcement cardboard. Prints larger than 28x36 cm are carefully rolled and shipped in a rigid tube. Note: Small and large prints that are ordered together will all be sent in a tube.

 

DELIVERY:

Delivery Times takes 10-15 days with Israel Ecopost (10$) and 2-5 working days with EMS (30$). - Europe EMS (30$) (10-15 days average.) United States & Canada & Australia & New Zealand (2/4 weeks average.) Rest of the world (3/4 weeks average).

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Postage and packaging charges are not refundable. Goods damaged during delivery will be replaced without charge. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.
